Horseshoe shape, closed with metal clip. Size: 0,200 – 0,250 kg/piece.
Natural membrane, clean surface, dry, adherent to the composition, undamaged surface, rare spots of mold or yeasts. External surface may be folded. Not allowed foreign bodies.

Section aspect Mass composition compact, well connected, uniform mosaic, without foreign bodies, Gatherings are not allowed. Not allowed air gaps.
Consistency Quasi-hard.
Color Exteriorly – from red to reddish brown (dark red).
On section, uniform reddish color.
Taste and odor Pleasant, characteristic for dry cured meat product, without foreign taste and odor.

Traditional seasoning.
COMPOSITION According with “Very Good Sausages” recipe.
METHOD OF CONSUMTION The product is consumed as such, does not require boiling, frying or other heat treatments. Natural membrane is edible.
CURE (SMOKING) With hardwood.
PACKAGING, LABELING Packed in perforated film. Individually labeled with label type bow.
TRANSPORT Isothermal vehicles who ensure temperature 0…+140 C.
